Located near Baltimore, MD I'm selling my 1985 Porsche 928 S 5 speed with 49,300 miles. Red exterior, tan leather interior. All stock (except late model headlights) in very good shape cosmetically and mechanically. Sunroof. Everything works, drives as it should. Service records beginning in '94 shows regular maintenance and parts replaced as needed, plus have tools, spare tire, 2 keys, etc. A/C (134) blows cold. Driven regularly, very comfortable touring car. A quality Porsche 928 you'd be proud to own, drive and show. Contact me for further information.

Yes, I raised the price as listed on e-bay. It can be had for less, say $18,500, so if you're interested let's talk, you can make an offer...

The miles went up and the price went up. One rarely sees that.

Follow the Porsche 911 and 928 markets closely. You'll see it a lot.

Chuck, if I weren't looking to 'deacquisition' due to too many cars and too little time to drive and space to garage, I'd be extremely interested in your 928S. Other than the engine, its mechanical spec is very close to that of my old Ferrari 330/365GTC. Both are beautiful handling cars and yours is the 5-speed. Never understood why the market disrespected the 928s so much.

As to pricing, late last year I first offered my F355 berlinetta at $68K, then raised the asking price to $72K and sold it at $70K! Go figure markets!

*chuckle* you see wilhoit and other pristine samples sitting quite a very long time at very high prices. The 928 takes a special buyer.
