1985 Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole is finished in Prugna over tan leather upholstery, and it is powered by a fuel-injected 2.9-liter V8 paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. NO sticky second gear - smooth shifting. Stock for the most part - original for all parts upgrades or reliability mods. Seats were refreshed two owners ago - assuming 4 owners but no direct provenance to confirm. Normal wear and tear with stone chips in the original PRUGNA paint with some touch up.

There are reportedly 12 or 16 PRUGNA cars in the US according to the QV register and other sources. Car Manual, Jack, emergency light, seat covers and old expansion tank are included with the car. Top is in great shape and seals/closes well. Window motors are original.

Birdman Fusebox upgraded by previous owner.

Equipment includes a removable roof panel, staggered-width 16″ wheels, air conditioning, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a Pioneer

NEX3500 flip up screen single DIN unit.

Purchased at 48k miles - current mileage 54,000+ - daily driver.

Naw. There are loads of people who are willing to pick things apart with no intention of buying. it’s the nature of things here and there.
beauty and value is in the eye of the beholder.
This just reinforces that she doesn’t want to leave me. with all of the reliability work done in the major systems - she will not need anything for the next 40-50k miles. Fluid changes etc and whatnot that are regular upkeep is easy.

If I didn’t have my M3’s, I would find the $ for this

    Thanks Alexander.
It’s on sale at JustRed for 100k
The car has every major system sorted out. So for the next 40/50k miles only routine maintenance. Oil change and belts.

Ferrari has long considered a belt job a seperate job. The major was specified at 30k miles. The belts at 3 years or 30k miles. Can be done in conjunction with a major or not.

    https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/308-328-mondial-timing-belt-replacement-tutorial.228413/

No reason whatsoever to do a major every 3 years and ithas never been Ferrari's position.
