    Good day All,

Just documenting these cars, as they come up... Looks to be a reasonably clean car... A minor point I can make is that the engine bay is not as "clean" as the rest of the car.
    Cheers,

    Sam

20,000 miles added since 2001 so at least it has been driven. Reported to have service history in Florida with Tim Stanford and Shelton Motors, both reputable shops.

Once again showing me that 17" wheels fit right in with the rest of the car and its proportions, about right at the limit (though only 2/3" larger than the TRX-restricted wheels). Goes perfectly with a manual transmission car that's been driven :D

Will, the style of the wheels just seems off. To my eye, the near miss is more bothersome than something more glaring.

Does anyone know if there is a 17 inch wheel that is stylistically the same as the TRX wheels or the earlier, 400 style wheels?

    Regards,

    Art S.

It's the fasteners - mostly around the center/rim interface, but also the cover over the lugs bolts - that bug me.
What I like is the proportions staying very close to the same to the whole car and its lines.

The closest currently available to something TRXish/factory is Image Wheels, AFIK., with the hidden fasteners. Whatever you get, the rubber options open up considerably, while keeping those proportions close the TRX look.
If only there were a way to weld a new 17" rim onto the TRX center...........
