    The CARFAX is clear--it has been in Florida all its life. Last reported mileage was 35,853 in 1999.
    I would really check the body panels, paint, suspension, etc. Find out who did the service in 2007.

    Doesn't look bad for the price... but proceed with caution and EYES OPEN :)

    Looks like a 1980's electronics trade show inside - phone, alarm, radio, pig tail antenna. Also looks kind of weird in front of the driver's side headlamp lid, in the last photo. Not sure where that spare wheel came from -- looks like 308 kit.

    But, it's cheap, and the mileage is probably real. And of course it's in the best colors for a 328. ;)

    Judging from the cell antenna location and chrome rims, this might be the same car which was advertised privately on Cars.com for at least 7 months sub- $30K ($27.5 at one point). The car was from Fla. If it is, I remember reading in another thread JoeZaff had had a brief conversation with the owner who told him he performed his own majors on the car...

    Don't know the car. Looks kind of rough for the money. I'd be willing to take a look if needed.

    I know the car because it's in my garage at the moment!! :)
    Not sure what looks rough, though.

    Please feel free to PM me if you need further info.

    Pics hide a lot. That being said, the one close up of the rear shows anodizing worn off the 328 badges, also the clearcoat needs to be polished back there. Antenna stuck halfway up, or down, if its the original. Carpet on passenger door bulging (probably an amped-up speaker in there), what Jon said about the spare. Oh yeah and the bling on the wheels. Might be a good driver for low $30's though. Just my opinion.

    ===========

    Wow - looks like this car was entered a concours! :)

    It's certainly not being presented as a garage queen, concours or 100 point car. But as you said, it's a driver - a solid driver that runs very well and is a good looker. That is why it can be had in the ~mid $ 30's and not mid - 40's.

    As for the "bling", I guess it's personal taste. I happen to think it sets the car off very nicely.
