Now that the head is off (Congratulations!) have you determined the source of the problem? was it the studs? Or something else?

Guys, guys, guys, I have rarely read of such butchery being perpetrated upon a fine automobile. The heads stick to the studs because of electrolytic action between the steel studs and the aluminum heads caused by the coolant. That's the situation..get over it. What to do about it? Difficult head removal on all-aluminum engines is not a Ferrari preserve. Some years ago, when I was fortunate to be a factory trained Alfa Romeo mechanic and trainer, I had at my disposal a huge array of factory tools that dealers also had to have. Among these was an elegant and robust plate that screwed into the plug hole, down onto the studs and by a simple screwing down action broke the gasket seal. For Ferrari heads, being longer, two would be needed, one either end, or just the one used bit by bit, back and forth. There are many former Alfa dealers around who would be happy to offload the tools for a few bucks. "Impact drivers"........spare me!

I am very familiar with both motors.

I have no idea how he got the head off because I did not read the thread but you should really familiarize yourself with the situation before taking a position so high up on the mound.

To start with their is no Ferrari tool.
The Alfa tool will not work.
The Ferrari head studs are not exposed.

Learn something about the Ferrari motor then get back to us.

Just for reference, this post shows the (significant) tooling that Moorespeed fabricated to get the heads of my ex-TR (and that was 11 years ago so every TR probably has even more corrosion aroung the head studs ;)):
