There have been a lot of messages about this car recently....curious what people think is the right pricing for different levels of this car:

    1 - like new - less than 5,000 miles
2 - normal grade - means very well kept, maintained, no stories, 30,000 miles
    3 - high mileage - over 60,000

    thanks

40K if all have fresh service. A few examples with less than 1K on them have sold for over 70K in the last few years.

For someone that has just purchased one and was in the market. I can say in my opinion Hardtop is dead on!! You can give or take a little but he is right on the money when it comes to fair pricing of Ferrari's

I just bought a 1989 GTB with 5,600 miles, needing a belt service, for $60,500. So, by the time all the extras, such as tires, all rubber hoses, maybe a water pump, and routine services are factored in, it'll be a bit past the $65k mark. If you want a very good to excellent car--which I consider mine to be--, you'll have to pay in the upper range. No regrets, I think you'll agree, when it's in your garage and ready to rock and roll.

    Sounds like Hardtop is correct.

    I agree with his figures.

    Have a great week. . . .

I also agree with Hardtop, although I think they are underpriced a bit and certainly there is no more depreciation left. Look at FML and see that other than the F40, the GTB is the newest Ferrari that is appreciating. $60K- $65 K seems all the world for the best GTBs and I think the recent transactions were good deals.

I think it is wise to look at GTB though I have a GTS but IMO GTB has a better smoother line.
