It is a great pleasure to present the following 1989 Mondial T s/n 81551 to the public market. A Very rare preservation example.

This car had been parked, and well preserved for 17 years by its original owner in California. Upon acquiring the car in May 2021 with 23k miles, it was sent for its first engine out major service (30k), and a meticulous stage-2 dry ice blasting underbody detail while its engine was out. After months of research, preservation tasks, and restoraion it made its concorso debut at the 2021 Concorso Ferrari Palm Beach where it earned its first Platino Award. On its second concorso opportunity, the Cavallino Classic 2022, tha car was able to secure a second Platino Award. Both Concorsos were judged by the IAC/PFA judging criteria and judges. If you notice in the photos, the car even displays all of the facotory torque and assembly markings intact. A true preservation example.

I think MSRP was $104K on those. I ordered one new.
Spare tire was the only option back in the day.

Interesting. My '88 coupe does not have a spare. So I'd not be spanked on that as a deduct (similar to not having the tool kit) when I sell it?
