Have a spotless TR 23K miles - in and out are extremely clean (Red/Tan) Brand new Sport Pilots

Was thinking of trading up to a 360 - my question is

What do you think its worth ? I need to have the Belts serviced

Should i have this done before i sell it - or leave that up to the new owner ?

What would be the resale value on belt done vs not . . . ?

    Thanks in advance

What alot of people do is gt the service quoted, then offer the car for sale, with the option either way, service done x price, or not done y price.

Some people prefer to have their own mechanic do it and pay a cheaper purchase price, where as some people would prefer the service to be including in the purchase price.

I have a very nice 91 TR, and I was thinking about selling it last summer, but mine has twice the mileage of yours.

From what I could see, the car is realistically worth around $55k without the service done. From the people I talked to and the prices I found, don't bother getting the service done, bc it really doesn't add to the price you'll get for the car (in your pocket).

FYI: If your car hasn't had a service in the last few years, the service will probably run closer to $10k, because the bushings and shocks most likely need to be replaced (or so they'll tell you), along with many other little odds and ends that could even bring the service cost to over 10 grand. Its really a pity that Ferrari didn't build more user friendly cars to work on, because this is the single most damaging thing to the resale value of the car, so people don't want to spend much money for such a high maintenance cost car :(

FYI, you can ask anything you want for the car, and if you don't get it, there's always time to drop the price, bc there's always someone out there who's ready to pay top dollar, no matter what the car or the condition.

Best of luck selling your TR.
