    My 1992 348 TS has only 15k miles had full service including new clutch and all of a sudden transmission would get stuck in 4th gear and after several try it would release. All other gears shift fine and Now it wont go into 4th gear. Has anyone experience such issue and any recommendation to correct the problem.

    Yep. Also switch to a full synthetic gear oil if you haven't already.

    Does the 348 have shifter pads/bushings like the 355 ?
    25 year old plus rubber parts don’t do well with all that heat.
