    Not without good reason, I am looking to sell my 1992 512 TR. I purchased it last summer off of BaT (https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1992-ferrari-512-tr-12/) and have enjoyed every second of owning it. I have put about 800 gentle miles on it and the odo now reads ~35,800 miles. It is a U.S. spec - believe one of 14 or 15 in this color combo, of the 408 that came to the US. Last major/engine out was about 13 months ago. It drives like a brand-new car and is mechanically impeccable. I absolutely love the car, but I have a couple of unique opportunities in front of me, in addition to another car(s) I am pursuing and my biggest constraint is currently a lack of garage space. The vehicle is in the same condition as the prior listing save for an installed upgraded custom Brembo big brake kit on all four corners, with black Ferrari branded/painted calipers, along with a balance and alignment (which is a massive improvement for practical driving purposes). I have all of the original brake parts, which will be included in a sale, in addition to an indoor cover and two new sets of front mats/carpet (OEM). To be clear, nothing has been modified, just upgraded parts fitted.

    You all can clearly see what I paid for it - I am simply looking to get back what I have in it, inclusive of the new brakes, so I am asking $320,000. Title in hand, ready to go. Please DM me with questions, concerns or interest.

    beautiful car... prices are down 12-15% though since you bought but GLWS, seems like shouldn't last long..

    yup, unfortunately for now they are down..but in the long run if the seller holds it another few years he will be fine.

    Thats going to be tough to get the same as the premium paid last year and selling in a non auction site..Maybe try putting it on BaT again? I think thats your best chance at getting anything even close to the $300 mark. You could possibly try contacting some of the bidders that bid on it too at the time, you never know. prices have definitely gone down..Good luck to you, these are wonderful cars.

    DIsgustingly gorgeous, almost sinful. Love it. My Dad just sold his Red 94 TR with 9K miles on it and i'm sad to see it go.

    Blk ones have been pretty constant at $300k on the b-site, where 512TR's have hit 400k+.

    Highest sale recently at $582k via Gooding.

    Many many advantages to a classic purchase over an auction.

    unfortunately the only icon available to me is the 'like' ... wow, no shortage of gorgeous there my friend. I'd personally be looking at every other item in my possession to part with before that!

    Might be down recently but over 3/4 years that car has doubled in value so good investment !

    To which I agree but note that in the long run they have doubled in values;)
    Made 60k profit on mine so I’m more about finding good deals;)

    Irrespective, the Euro market is up. So the pool of cheap 512TR for US dealers is largely dried up.

    I have had a few inquire about trades. I will consider a trade for the following, and I am not necessarily looking for super-low mileage examples of either:
    • Maserati MC20 - but I would expect some level of cash top-up
    • Lamborghini Murcielago - same expectation for a cash top-up is the eGear version, but ideally would want a manual and I'd be willing to discuss topping up somehow on my end if mileage was low and it made sense via value.

    haha no beating up here! you should definitely do what you think is best (obviously) versus listening to the internet. I only come from a place of my own experiences and (usually) regret when trading cars. Best of luck with it though! She’s a real beauty and statistically speaking one of a kind.
