    Hi all,

I know the vast majority of F355s have airbags.

For the lucky few who have 1994-1995 (pre-airbag) cars outside the US, what does the glove compartment look like? Anybody have pics of the open glove box?

Thanks and Merry Christmas from California!!!

Recent pic of my car as a thanks for your time.

Yes. That steering wheel is to die for (figuratively speaking).

Happy new year and thanks for all the pics!

    The
biggest problem with my glove compartment is that the little gas strut lasts about 18 - 24 months before it gives up the ghost, whether or not you use it.

last time around I bought two struts, one for the car, the other I kept ready as a replacement. Well, when I opened the blister pack of the brand new and unused strut it was already dead.

so, to answer the question: no, I don’t really use the glove compartment because the lid doesn’t stay up and I’m bored with the buying the little gas struts.

I'm guessing that my current search for one prompted this bump.
Anyone have a line on one? It's the entire upper dash, but the lower is the same for airbag cars.

To answer your question; you can’t see it, but you open the glove box by lifting the door right under the F355 emblem. In real life, there’s a little lip there.
