    I don't run cats and barely ever catch a whiff of exhaust much less smell like it after a drive. My carbureted early 911 targa definitely smells like an old car in certain circumstances but again it's not bad. OP are you sure you're not running rich?

    Race fuel would make it run a bit too rich, imo.
