    Here you go Pap

I didn't bother with a test of the state of the injectors I just got them cleaned and rebuilt seals and then tested. It could have been a waste of time but the peice of mind is there now that they are flowing correctly. Was cheap insurance at around $240.

I purchased the Scuderia Rampante silicone hose kit from Ricambi, so the heat exchanger cups would be removed and replaced, the originals looked fine, so this was just a while your in there sort of thing.

The great thing about this was getting to clean engine block, that would have otherwise been left filthy. Getting to clean this area, although it would not be seen made me feel like the job was being done right!

Engine getting closer to being finished. Timing set and all the good stuff added:

-Rebuilt water pump, bearing and seals
-Scuderia Rampante Coolant Hoses, ricambi was out of stock of the U-shaped coolant hose x2 and they unfortunately came too late to be used, Dan supplied new OEM hoses and they were used instead.
-SKF alternator pulley bearing (original was fine just precautionary)
    -Hill Engineering tensioner bearing
    -Dayco Ferrari timing belts
-Remounted alternator and all new accessory drive belts

Took home the fender liners and cleaned them up, sanded imperfections out and refinished them with Stoneguard and a top coat of flat black.

I have documented the process previously here when I had done this job on a friends F355 F1 GTS:http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/348-355-sponsored-bradan/461606-f355-fender-liner-restoration.html

Below are some progress shots, the finished product will be shown later when they are fitted up.

At this stage I had the wheels sent out for a full strip and refinish.

I did a lot of research on proper magnesium wheel refinish and thanks to informative posts from people like Bradan, I was well informed on how the job should be completed.

It was a costly process and the vendor had to do it twice to get the finish I wanted. Time consuming and expensive however the finish should last and the wheels came out stunning.

The tyres were tyres on the car varied in age the oldest was stamped 2003 and the others were slightly younger, however well past their best. New fresh Michelin Pilot Super Sports were ordered in OEM sizing 225 40 18 and 265 40 18.

New wheel bolts, valves, and new centre caps to finish off the package.

During reassembly I noticed a few hoses had heat fractures and required replacing. I was glad I opted to fork out for the Scuderia Rampante hoses, and I purchased these OEM ludicrously expensive oil breather hoses.

I tried a few vendors to get the long oil breather tank return lines replaced but all came back with NLA so these will be replaced in time with an aftermarket option.
