Quick update, the car is still available and FYI I've been offered more then once $45,000 for the car, but the firm price is $49,950 otherwise I'll just park it in the back of the shop, work on a few of the minor issues and look to Spring to re-list and maybe at an elevated price. I just assisted in a sale of a good 355 spider very similar (belts in 2012) that went for $50k last week... And just this weekend I was at Mecum auction in Chicago & I watched another just like it bid up to $60k (belts this year)... This gallo version seems to be a fair deal.
