Hi, I'm new to this forum and Ferrari's in general so bear with me. I'm helping a client of mine, sell his 1996 Ferrari F355 Spider Convertible. Here is what I know about the car. Exterior: Monza Red Interior: Black Mileage: 8,213 Transmission: Manual Type: Convertible, Black soft top VIN: ZFFXR48A9T0104873 Number of Owners: 1 It's been serviced regularly throughout the years. Currently he is looking for $67K for the vehicle but he's open to offers. It's currently being stored in Beverly Hills, CA. If you are interested, please respond below or send me a message. I’m interested. When (the exact date) was the major engine out service done? What was done during the major engine out service? Name of the shop Where the major engine out service what performed? Thank you.
The service company is called "Ferrari Los Angeles Service" and they are located in Van Nuys, CA. I have a call and email into them to find out the dates and what was performed. Will post back as soon as I hear from them.
Is car still available? If so, did you obtain the service records? Also, does your friend still have the original wheels? Thank you!
This car sold at a Mecum auction in February for $67K. https://www.classiccarratings.com/auction-results/ferrari-f355-spider-1996--los-angeles-2018-feb-16-17-4882 It's now up for sale at the upcoming Bonhams auction with refreshed looking seats, original wheels and new tires. The Bonhams listing shows an estimated price range of $100K-125K. And despite the sticky switches, worn out dead pedal and worn out seats that looked polished up (and who knows what else), Bonhams states that the car was "maintained by the Ferrari with an open check book". Haha. https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/24811/lot/38/ Someone is gonna get taken.
Wayne, I'm currently looking for a 355 and this one is quite interesting. Is the car still available? If so I'm new to Ferrari Chat and don't know how to reach you. Please send me a message so we can connect. Thank you
Philip - If you read the thread right above yours posted 11 days prior too, you would see this car sold back in 2018 and apparently has been overhauled and now up for auction again. If you want real results I suggest contacting Yellow Compass in the Cars For Sale section. He can find you anything you want. Happy hunting.
