1997 456 -- what to do next?

I drove back from Austin to Dallas last week in a 1997 new-to-me black 456 GTA with a few problems, but nothing $20k couldn't fix.

When I got home, my wife thought I was crazy. You see, I built her a new horse barn and am converting the old horse barn to a multi-car garage for my toys (and beer and more beer). I felt it imperative that since I had 6 parking spaces that at least 1/2 of them should be filled so I started looking for something to compliment my 2004 Viper and my 1983 308 GTSi. First thought was a keg, but that doesn't take up an entire parking spot...

Anyway, I bought this 456 with a few problems -- minor start-up problem which is now fixed, both windows still don't fit, until last night it blew fuses like popcorn, pulled to the right horribly, had several interior pieces that would not fit/shut/or stop rattelling and a horrible vibration over 100mph -- Whew what a bargain!

Anyway, most of the problems are sorted out. Looks like a situation where the previous owner had very little time to spend on the car. My next quest is to find a way to adjust the windows or delete the down/up BMW-like window thing that it does when you open/shut the door.

Some questions for the group:

1. I'm going to upgrade the brakes. Any ideas beyond the Brembo drilled setup?
2. I have 19" wheels on the way. Any negatives to wheels that large?
3. I should be lowering the car in about a week or two. Any thing I should do to the sway bars or springs or bushings?
4. I'd like to have Daytona seats. Thoughts?
5. Y pipe vs. silencer -- I have a Y pipe coming from Stebro. Thoughts anyone?
6. Intake: What can I do to make it sound like a Ferrari?
7. Do the chips or re-programming do any good with this car? What, if anything, can I do to get close to the 550 in performance short of buying one of those too?
8. And finally, can I just eliminate a switch somewhere that tells the windows to go up/down on door open/shut?
