    Stunning Condition!

This is not one of our Curated inventory cars, this is actually a personal impulse buy that I am looking to sell.

Was looking for a nice 129 body SL for a while and my father introduced me to the ORIGINAL OWNER of this SL320 a few months ago.

The car is a time capsule. Smells new, no scratches on the wood, interior is a 9.8. It was babied its entire life. All original paint, all services up to date from local Mercedes dealer.

I have not retitled it yet, it is still on its original first title.

The top has never been off until recently. I wanted to check the condition of the soft top, it is in stunning shape but the hydraulics will need to be rebuilt. I have gotten a quote of $3,000 to rebuild and install the hydraulic lines.

Looking to sell both of my personal cars, this SL320 and my personal 993 Turbo as I have decided to make the plunge into the Ferrari world.

Asking $14,850 but open to fair offers!

I've been thinking about one of these for Fl. Nice car GLWS.

How the heck are the hydraulics messed up. 3K sounds like a MB quote, which is frightful.

That's a great-looking car - I wouldn't mind having that even without bothering to get the top fixed.

Yep, I'd take the soft top out and make it a California roadster.

    Very pretty car, OP. GLWS!

Why the hydraulic lines? The seals I would understand but the lines ???? Bought one that had the two upper windshield cylinder were leaking and top not working. Found the seals and replaced them. Filled the pump with new oil and worked the pump in both directions a few time before it bled all the air and voila it was working again.
    Is the rollbar working?

I loved my SL but a friend wanted it absolutely.

    Nice car! GLWS

You are correct, needs the seals!

Unfortunately I was told once you replace one, you should replace them all.
