1998 355 F1 Spider

My 355 will be staying with me, the CS I will eventually let go. I would even consider buying this wonderful example of a 355 F1 Spider if I didn't already have 2 Cavallino's in my garage.
Be patient, maybe as time passes by you will wake up and change your mind and keep the car! Just pretend the car is nolonger yours and see if that gives you stomach aches, that will help you make up your mind on if you should sell or keep it.

 

Sorry for the shock but most dealers looking at these cars (355) give trades with the first number starting with a 3. They are aware that these cars can quickly eat up any potential profit.
$40k trade is really not bad if it's the number they are willing to write the check for.

 

BS. I will write you a $1,000 check for your house right now. Does that make it a good number?

I was in the process of talking to Joe about this car a while back. I was seriously considering it and we were in the process of coordinating schedules so I could make the drive to NJ to see it. Only by coincidence did I find a more local example before I could make the trip to see Joe's 355.

It seemed to me that this car is pristine with an impressive service history. I'm shocked it hasn't been snatched up yet. But I, like him, wouldn't give it away.

Kevin, $40k is an insult, I could not agree with you more..

 

Two F355s sold at auction last month for over $70,000. Stick to your price. It's a bargain.

 

when I traded a 2003 360 I got $70k for it so really it's not all that bad.

I have driven it every day since I got it Tuesday!! Today was this first day with the top down, and the gf and I drove it all around town, turning heads. It was sunny and 85 degrees, and this nice weather will continue all week!!

I can tell you this much Joe, the wife and I took her out yesterday to get some breakfast, and we ended up putting about 100 miles on her!! In fact,
She has an additional 300 miles since she rolled off the truck.

Every mile makes my smile bigger and bigger!!

But I did call around to a couple of tag agencies until I found one that had the number 355. Went there and tagged the car.

How do you get away with this? Was the 2:29 "head turning" because you were with your "gf" instead of your 9:40 "wife"
