    11Rosso458,
congrats on selling the F355. What are your general impressions of moving from the F355 to a 458 Italia? I have felt that the likelihood of keeping a "classic" beautiful old-school style manual Ferrari to go along with the modern dual clutch V8 Ferrari could be an ideal situation, if someone had enough garage room. I'v e had my F355 for over 11 years now and am on the verge of getting a 458, as a more modern, less fragile true weekend driving car. I haven't decided yet if I will sell the F355, once I get the Italia. Fill me in on some of your thoughts, if you can.

    Thank you.
I actually picked up the F355 after already owning the 458. I got the F355 to drive and enjoy for a bit (never had drove one before and always wanted to), put some money into it to make it on point for resale, and to then re sell it for a profit. I ended up doing well as we were blessed to land a great winning bid at Barrett Jackson, Rmt Motorsports here in Orange County does great work at a reasonable price for the service it needed- and was blessed to find a good buyer. The F355 was very tough to let go of though - almost just kept it..due to the fact that it’s a truly mechanical masterpiece with that gated 6, tight steering, timeless looks and that wonderful engine -such a thrill to drive and hear within this era of digital/ technologically advanced motoring. The 458’s brute power and lightning fast gear changes make it a whole different animal, great in today’s realm of supercars (alongside my Gt-r and turbo s) and I did enjoy having both Ferrari’s for a little while. My first Ferrari was a 360 Modena f1 that was kind of in the middle of the two, and going from it to the 458 was a dramatic difference for the better. I would say I liked the 360 F1 the least out of the three but all were great Ferrari’s with their own personalities. I highly recommend the 458 Italia. Looking to pick up a 997.1 gt3 next to re fill the garages void of a mechanical 6 speed drivers car.
