These cars seem to be impossible to give away, as they show up on Ebay time and time again. Does anyone have access to what they are going for at auction?

I am thinking of getting one for DE / Trackday use.

    The most unloved 911 ever.
    Too "Lexus"ized.
I've seen very nice ones for as little as 25k.
GT 2 and 3 are totally different cars and will be very desirable down the road.

can make a good track car.
plus, when you need a new motor, you can buy another relatively cheap and throw away the old one.

They also run much cooler than a 993, but the brakes need attention, the car is heavier. You need to either upgrade the brakes, or run cooling ducts.

My friend's '99 996 needed a new engine at 55k miles, then 100% fixed with a new Porsche engine he let it go for $28k.
