I need some new tires badly but have found it's hard to find the sizes on my car. (Front 225/40/ZR18 Rear 265/40/ZR 18) Rears are the hardest to find.

Michelin Pilot Sports have replaced the OEM Michelin Pilot SX.

Other brands it's hard to find a 265/40/ZR18.

Any suggestions? What are you guys replacing these tires with?

Since I have no spare, should I use 'run-flat" (EMT) tires? It appears that if you want to use EMT tires, there are even fewer choices in these sizes.

    Can anyone offer any suggestions?

BTW, because of the amount of negative camber in the rears, the inside 4" of tread is gone and the wear/bar/steel is beginning to show through...Ouch! I'm glad I got a nail in the tire - which opened my eyes to how bad the condition of the rears actually is.

    Thanks

There should be a number of threads on this subject if you would like to do a search. 225's should not be difficult to find. Most on this site seem to be running 295/35/18's on the back without any fit issues. I will probably put on 295's after my current 265's wear down.

BF Goodrich g-Force KD's come in the appropriate sizes, and are one of the stickiest street tires in the proper fitment.
Are you running stock alignment settings? Just wondering about your rear tire issues. If the car is driven spiritedly, it should wear the tires pretty evenly.

Bridgestone S-03's .They actually make one that is specific to the Ferrari.
Not nessesary .You'll most likely not be driving to the last 5% of the tires limits.

The standard S-03 is awesome and I get about 30k out of them in temps as high as 125 degrees AOT in AZ .

This was a recommended tire by my mechanic originally from Ferrari factory and here in the US to test suspension and tires in AZ (hot) and Alaska (cold) extreme conditions.

    Good Luck,

You can also go with a 275/40/18 in the rear which is very close to the oem size. There are a LOT of tire choices in that size. The fronts are easy to find.

I run the 275's on the rear.Incidentally I run CNC spacers all around looks "much" better (to me that is).
