    I just bought an original piece form a 1999 BAR in the 555 style livery. I would like to have a photo of the complete car, anyone by chance have one or know a good source to get one ??

    Thanks, I had already found that site and but the photos aren't very close up, it's surprising just how hard it is to find F1 photos when you want something particular.

    Paul, I have all of the Autosport magazines from 1999 right here, I can probably find a number of pictures for you. What part of the car do you need to see? Any particular race, or driver?

    Great thanks for the offer !! I have the rear wing end plate from Zonta's car #23. In 1999 they had Lucky Strike on one side and 555 on the other, I have the blue 555 side.

    I didn't do too well, this is the best picture I could find showing the blue rear wing endplate on the #23 car during the 1999 season.

    Wasn't there a book that covered the BAR F1 cars?

    Edit: Apparently there were two books that covered the early BAR F1 cars:

    1) "British American Racing: From Dream to Reality", by Gerald Donaldson, 2000
    2) "Realization of a Dream: The Creation of British American Racing", by Alan Henry, 2000

    Find yourself a copy of these books, and you'll probably find lots of pictures.

    I just remembered I've got 2 1999 F1 Year Books, so I'll have a look when I have time.
