1999 F355 berlinetta, red on tan, 4.3K miles, collector quality!

1999 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta for sale; collector quality car; red on tan; two owner car with just under 4,300 original miles; the only options on this car are the red calipers and disc changer.

OK, let’s talk about the condition of this car, first with the interior. It is basically in like new condition and in fact, still smells new. There are no scratches, cracks or tears to the leather. In fact, the seats are basically perfect with no bolster wear (possibly due to the leatherique conditioning treatments). The headliner is perfect. The dash and airbag cover are perfect. Of course, the sticky parts have been fixed. The door sills are perfect. The original carpets and mats are immaculate. The headliner is also immaculate. All controls are perfect, no bubbling HVAC cover, no broken ash tray cover, etc. Original Ferrari radio, everything works, etc. Hmmm, when was the last time you saw a 355 with the original airbag warning stickers on both perfect visors AND the dash??? If I wanted to be super picky, the only flaw I can come up with on the interior are that the edges of the F1 paddles are starting to lose some of their black coating.

OK, now the exterior: the paint of this car is gorgeous. No swirl marks, no microscratches, no oxidation etc. There is one paint chip on the bottom of the passenger side rocker that has been touched up rather poorly by the original owner. I have included a picture with my finger pointing to the chip to allow viewers to see how small it is. The front passenger wheel has two chips that I have also photographed. Otherwise the exterior of the car is in like-new condition. I won’t say perfect, because somebody will always get out a magnifying glass to prove me wrong, but let’s just say that there are no dings, dents, dimples, meaningful chips, etc. The car basically looks brand new. All the glass is also perfect with no scratches, cracks or pitting. Likewise, the engine compartment and front trunk are also immaculate. The only mod to this car is that I hardwired a battery tender pigtail to the battery.

OK, let’s talk about the goodies: the car comes with the factory cover, seat covers and steering wheel cover, all in the original factory bag. It also comes with all books and manuals in the perfect leather pouch. It comes with the radio and alarm codes. It comes with all 3 fobs (two black, one red) and 2 keys. It comes with a perfect and complete tool kit in a like new leather case. It comes with the tire compressor in the original case with the flannel bag. Oh yeah, I have the emergency light in the original plastic pouch.

A major was performed in September 2014 with 4,000 miles on the car. The car drives like a dream. Everything works on it perfectly. I cannot think of a single thing the car needs. A certain banished FChatter by the name of Dave has driven the car and examined it thoroughly and he can easily vouch for the car’s condition.

Unfortunately, I have made the mistake in 20 years of marriage of frequently telling my wife that she has too much stuff for the house, and if she can’t find a place to store it, then we don’t need it. I have even refused to rent an offsite storage place for all of her crap that we don’t need.

Well, paybacks can indeed be a *****! I have about 9 cars (I think) including 4 Ferraris and I have now rented offsite storage for some of my cars. Needless to say, wifeypoo is now pointing out the unfairness of this, so I need to thin my herd in order to maintain matrimonial harmony! This car is listed for sale along with my 308, and another car.

Asking price is $112.5K. The car is in So Cal. Clean title, etc. Not interested in any trades or Nigerian prince scam artists asking me to accept a check for $1 million if I just give them my bank info.
