    I've attached a few photos and the most recent service invoice. My client's car is a 1999 Diablo VT Roadster. It is Chiaro Blue with Snowcorn Leather interior, arguably the best color combination offered. It's a very low mile example that has lived a pampered life.

    In total there were 466 Diablo Roadsters made. The 1999 Roadster is somewhat unique and is the most desirable variant. New price was $288,000 It was a transition car that merged the Roadster (discontinued after 99) with the improved interior, open headlights and bigger brakes of the later 6.0 Diablo. The brake calipers are the same ones used on the Ferrari F40. The earlier cars have comparatively puny brakes. On a big car that can do an honest 200 mph, this is pretty important.

    The present owner has had the car about 10 years. I've serviced the car since 2006. The Roadster has traveled less than 2500 miles since then. Last Fall I did a complete fluid change and fitted a new battery. The car has gone less than 300 miles since then. Porterfield brake pads were installed in 2006. The owner complained of brake noise with the original pads. The front lift shocks developed leaks (a common problem on all Lamborghinis with Koni lift shocks) and were rebuilt with upgraded seals by Claudio Zampolli several years ago. There have been no problems with the lift system since. It received a Quicksilver exhaust in 2007 along with a new set of Pirelli PZero Rossa tires. A few years back I reconfigured the console panel relocating the window switches and eliminating the ashtray. This was a small custom touch that the owner desired. In addition, the original wheels were chromed.

    This is a fabulous car that is quite literally an event every time it comes out of the garage. If you are someone that avoids being the center of attention it's not for you but if you don't mind having your picture taken while driving, this is the car.

    Having just gone through the purchase of a similar '99 roadster, this may be your last chance to buy 10k mile cars at less than $150k.

    If this is a color combo you like, strike fast....and show no mercy...LOL

    And this is a near clone to a car currently for sale in Miami with an ask price of $229k

    Those are stock rotors. Just needed a very slight cut.

    Damn I loooove this car. Its almost identical to a car a close friend of mine owns. You are correct, everytime it hit the streets traffic STOPPED! Hell of a car!
