    Just thought I'd pass this on, as its good to share positive dealer experiences as well as the bad on FChat. A group of us from the Bay Area drove Ferraris to Vegas this week for the SEMA Show. Arrangements had been made with Penske Wynn to support our brief stay here. Richard and his staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, from arranging special Ferrari parking at the Wynn, to washing our cars from the drive, and to promptly taking care of some minor repairs a few of us needed. A tour of their shop revealed a very friendly and competent staff, and a well-equpped facility. I got to spend some time talking to Richard, and while he's not a Ferrari owner himself, I really think he "gets it", and understands why we sometimes have negative experiences at some dealerships. If I lived here in Vegas, I'd have no hesitation bringing my car to them for service. So, THANKS Richard and Penske Wynn Ferrari for your hospitality and attention to our needs on this trip!

    What you guys experienced is what Reg and I get all the time.

    Moral of the story: If you own a Ferrari -- move to VEGAS!!!!
