Maybe this should be the OEM battery for Ferrari? Excellent Specs, L.I. Save 12.5 K (over the 13K 110 outlet)

I can tell you the reserve function does work! Dead battery came back to life!

Of course you should plug in the charger after to bring it fully back but perhaps you can do that at work or at a friend’s house.

Giving the car a good hour run once a week will keep it charged like a “real” car!

Don't have to tell me, I know. One in the Lusso and one in the GT4. Brilliant.

I had the same problem living in a high rise . I did not alarm the car and kept a cover on it . I did drive the car weekly though. I did the workaround by selling my condo and buying a house. Best , Kirk.

If it doesn’t have the full service history (can be a mix of dealer and independent) - then I would not be interested. It sounds like they bought it, it’s been a problem and they want to offload it.

    uk dealer prices
    Battery from dealer £500
    Power warranty inspection £980
    Hourly rate £180
    Service a £960
    Service b £1450

    independent about half price
    Ppi about £300

$10k on a car like that is not a big deal as that can be quickly consumed by a number of various issues on a 11 yr old car. If you're still looking to give it a look here is what I recommend:

    1. Take it to a dealer for a full assessment. They can pull up the full service history (at F dealers) by entering the VIN. Check for TSBs and recalls and other "general" issues with that model/year and get a quote on remediation. Low mileage is not indicative of a great used car.
    2. Not sure if this has ceramic brakes so ensure this is part of the assessment (it should be). They are prone to damage and very expensive to replace with a single rotor costing ~ $6k. On this point, rim removal/replacement can also cause damage so this is something you need to understand as part of ownership and maintenance.
    3. Take it to a reputable PPF shop to see if there's an issue with removing the wrap. If its removable the factor paint "should" be pristine. You'll want a clear PPF applied after the wrap comes off.
Powder coated wheels are not an issues and its relatively cheap to get then stripped and repainted if you like.
    4. These car's electrical systems have what is called "parasitic loads" which means that some electrical systems never turn off. C-Tek make the best tenders.

What ever you do, don't buy the OE Ferrari battery. It is junk.

The wrap can hide a multitude of sins and should be removed prior to purchase. When I was seeking a Cali T I found a very nice one wrapped in white(originally black) with aftermarket wheels. During my due diligence I found that car had been sold and serviced at a large dealership 1000 miles away. I emailed the service manager at the dealer, asked about the history and mentioned the wrap. He graciously emailed me a shorthand summary of the last service visit: "Car in for service after running off road and through fence. Two wheels damaged, recommend replacement. Deep scratches/gouges in paint on three body panels, recommend refinishing. Owner declined service, removed car." None of this was on the Carfax.
