Big thanks to Shannon in Mo. for sending in the pictures of the final result. These are the factory 20" F12 optional forged diamond cut finish wheels installed on a FF with 15MM spacers and longer bolts in the rear. You can run the factory FF 20" tires (must have 295 rears) and still be within the tire manufactures recommended specs regarding maximum width of wheel suggested for the factory FF tires. I see some FF have 285 rears and that would put you beyond spec on a 11.5 rear wheel from a F12.

    FF specs 20” 5 X 114.3 mm
    Front 8.5J X 20 ET 46.5, Rear 10.5J X 20 ET 53.4 mm
    tires 245/35/20 fronts 295/35/20 rears

    F12 Specs 20” 5 X 114.3 mm
    Front 9.5J X 20 ET 48.4 mm, Rear 11.5J X 20 ET 71.6 mm
    tires 255/35/20 fronts 315/35/20 rears

    Just a note or 2.

I run the same setup on my FF.

The 285 rear size is for the winter tires.

The front 245 will mount alright on the F12 front wheels, but they will be stretched quite uncomfortably, it's better to run 255s F12 tires for the front wheel to make it look decent.

That looks good. It's nice the offsets for wheels are the same to make swapping easy. I am wary about using spacers and aftermarket bolts, though. What is the bolt seat type? Any rubbing on inner arches and fenders when turning in the front?

conical seat, fronts are perfect no rub, just the rears need a spacer/lugs. Ok because they don't steer. Porsche uses spacers on race cars. Wouldn't say ideal but proven safe if using billet hub centric spacers and quality bolts.
