I missed that paragraph altogether! Having said that, "an accident in 2012 is reported on the Carfax, which lists moderate damage with no airbag deployment" is hardly "a wreck" and may well have been repaired perfectly satisfactorily.
These look cheap when we're sat on this side of the pond doing a currency conversion and figuring out someone has paid a little over GBP 60,000 for a 550. The reality is though the UK market is an anomaly (mainly due to it being RHD) and we're currently overpriced. This car was probably worth $83K on a good day with it's mileage and history in the US market. The seller did well.
