    Roy...did the previous owner tint the windows and turn signals?

    I did the tail lights, the windows were done by previous owner, he had also done the front windshield, which I had to have removed, could not drive the car at night. I have owned the car since it had about 1600 miles on it.

    No, it does not have the "Requiired" "California compliant" emissions control sticker. Just like my Koeenisig and Aerial Atom could not..

    Just title it either int Montana LLC, Alaska LLC or as of late can now do Maine LLC. Pretty common thing for colectors in non-compliant States.

    I did my Diablo in my Montana LLC , even though i live in NY , no problems at all . + Montana is a tax free state .
