    No. This is a US spec car. The letter "A" in the middle of the vin designates it as such. If it were a "B" it would be a "Euro" car or a car designated for another country.

    I ran the CARFAX. It is clean. Shows one owner in Maryland since it was new. MY biggest concern is that you say it has 8,427 miles on it. The last recorded mileage was 8,244 on 12/03/2002!! That means the car has been driven about 200 miles in the last three years and three months! Kind of suspicious unless you think 70 miles a year for the past three years is normal.

    thanks its in an us.customs auction dated for the 8th of june. in So.CAl also I took some photos of it just looks like a euro car when I saw it also its an F1 paddel shift but the auction mentions Manual car.
