Has anyone looked at the 2001 yellow spider with 36000 km in Toronto Autotrader for $69000. Anybody have any info. It seems like a good deal. Want to buy a 360 spider. Red first choice , yellow second. I appreciate any input.

I think we have already talked about this one Lou, stay away, that car has nothing but lies behind it.
    35kms is really miles
Canadian Car = Lie, US Car
Accident Free Lie, has 3 hits against it
    Been painted
Was flatbed in to Ferrari this past summer with a locked gearbox, and no oil in engine or gearbox. Ferrari suspects it needs a new gearbox (20K)
It was just lie after lie and I have the report to back up everything I say.

Isn't that why the price is $69,000? A good condition 360 Spyder should fetch at least $100K? Or am I totally wrong.

This seems like the right price for a basket case Spyder. Not that I would promote anyone to buy that car... (would be a nightmare IMO.)

Thanks guys. I have scratched that one off my list. I will keep looking for a 360. But I think you can find a good 360 spyder for under $90k

    The word "good" is relative.

360s are plenty, the difference to a great one to a ratty one is not much more.

Spend the extra and try and buy a cherry car , the extra 20k will pay for itself in the long run in spades.

Looks like Daytona has a couple for $10K more and one of them is red.

I am looking for red/tan or red/black 360 F1 spider(preferably 2002 or newer). Yellow would be next. Not looking at anything else.
I saw the red one at Daytona. Great car but missing a few things that I decided to keep looking. I did not look at the blue one closely because of colour but if it was red I would probably have jumped at it. It has everything except for rear challenge grill which would be easy to change. Going to keep looking.

What about getting a good car lou and putting a matter wrap on it? The wraps they can do now are amazing and an easy color change that also protects the paint. the only problem I see with the 360 is the color match headlights that I assume you would have to split the lenses and paint or wrap as well.

BTW, I found my car, 01 red spider, tan interior. Should have it home in about 2 weeks after Ferrari gets the service and inspection done. :) I cant friggin wait...
