Hey everyone, I am currently looking into buying a 2002 Modena coupe with 6 speed. The car has 14K miles on her and is in pristine condition. There has been three owners already. As in the current market, I see so many different prices out there. Just thought this forum would give me a great insight as to how much I should pay for her under our current economic situation. Thank you in advance... Andrew
Just bought an 03'. From my experience lots of variables, could be as low as 60 and up to 90. Records, service, overall condition, colors, options, aftermarket, previous paintwork or damage. For the right car somewhere in the 70's to low 80s should be good. I saw the auction numbers last week and the 360's are doing well for the right cars.
any chance you can share with me the specific of your purchase? please PM me if you are willing. Thanks.
YTou don't provide enough info to make a determination. I iwas just looking for a similar car and bought a 2004 6-speed after seeing a lot of possibilities. A 6 speed will cost you more because there are so few available. Given lacking information, I would say this based on my experience. For what you describe, I would say $80,000 as a center point. The price goes up with a fresch service, Daytona seats (big plus!!), great outside color (basically red, silver, or black), and red-tan combo. Price goes down for neeeding a service NOW, no service records, weird outside color (grigio Ingrid anyone), wierd inside color (sky blue, sabbia), missing stuff (books, tools, etc.) Good luck - finding a nice car is tough.
