Ok guys.... My FChat history is returning to haunt me... You get to see my Ferrari ownership ignorance in all its glory:

One interested party PMed me the following. I'm posting it here in case anyone else is diligent enough to look at my past postings about the car like he did.

    ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________

"What did the dealer find regarding the windscreen wipers when they were only working on the wash function?

Did replacing the battery in your key fob eliminate the alarm/lock issue you had one evening at a party? I read you couldn't reproduce the symptoms once at home, so wondered if it ever happened again."

Well, now you're going to learn what a fool I am. But in my defense, I really dont drive the car that much...

The key fob: Un-needed panic on my part. I forgot you need to be close to the car to unlock/disarm it. I have become accustomed to the our other cars (MBs) that you can operate the fob from 200 feet away. With the 360, you need to be 10 feet away or less. We were walking away from the car and it wouldn't work. I was in public place with friends and colleagues and was so insecure I panicked and started posting from inside the party without going out and investigating more. Once I finally did (after the reception was underway and I wouldn't be missed) I realized everything was fine.

The wipers: Ugh...I had forgotten about this. I was turning the wrong switch. That actually was discovered by LFSC. They work fine too.

That's really not so bad - I once accidentally set a SmartCar on fire.

Good luck with the sale, it's a beautifully specced and kept 360! Anyone would be lucky to own it. :D

    All the best,
    Andrew.

Neuro, don't feel bad. My uncle is a mechanic, and I used to send friends to have their cars repaired by him. A girl I was dating dropped her ford Sierra off with him once, it was a bit of a shed, and he rang me in a panic. While welding a sill, he managed to set the bloody thing on fire and had to roll it out the garage to save the rest of the cars and equipment. I laughed so much I almost died.......... Called him fireman Sam for years after! As it was a Sierra, did a massive £300 worth of damage!
