2002 Murci gauge cluster

Has anyone ever successfully engineered a repair on one of these after the warranty/replacement period was up on the blown circuits? My guy who does a lot of the Mercedes units feels like he could repair the piece if he had a donor to pull the blown circuit from, but I didn't know if anyone had gone through this and identified a "sister-cluster" that maybe came from Audi, or where Lambo sourced that original piece from.
