Most likely the gas cap is not tightened all the way. You can reset the light by turning the battery kill switch in the trunk, top left corner. Leave it off for a couple of mins and the error should be cleared. You will need to re-enter your radio code after this procedure.

By the way, a normal error code checker will not work on a 360 as it has two engine ECUs.

There is always a reason for a CEL. Purchase an inexpensive OBDII reader and collect the codes.

Have you had the update/recall performed by Ferrari on your 360? Without it, it is not possible to read codes with most OBDII compliant scanners.

    Attached is the update/product bulletin.

Thanks for the tip. I plugged my OBDII reader in and since it did not say there was an error in communications, i had assumed that that service bulletin had been done. I will now double-check

Takes just 10 seconds to poke your head under the dash and see if the ODBII recall was done, no need to bother the dealer for that one. You will clearly see the extra ground wire.

If the dealer has missed this PREHISTORIC service bulletin he shouldn't be working in f-cars. Hilarious. Much like the variator recalls are STILL being mentioned in buyers guides 13 years after issue....sheesh...... Owners with simple obd testers who "perform battery switch resets" should consider taking your cars to a decent specialist to find out the root cause of all these mistery CEL's. Just erasing the light/fault won't cure the issue......
