@patina how would he go about doing that? If so, would definitely be interested.
I don't think so - tried to buy it and he backed out because he was going to keep it instead. Agreed on price and everything.
Actually, Josh never disclosed to me that he wasn't even the person buying the car, but that he helped a mitsubishi dealership source exotic cars, put me into contact with someone 3,000 miles away from where he lived, who then wanted me to sign a document saying the car was absolutely perfect when my ad lists several things that aren't perfect. The whole thing seemed super weird and sketchy. I even reached out to his "business partner" and offered to facetime with him to go around the whole vehicle, and to see if he could write an addendum saying the known issues with the car. He said that he would talk to his boss and get back to me. I have not heard back.
Ian, everything was disclosed and you said you had no problems with it. I thought we were on the same page but sounds like we were not? Attached is our conversation... I'm not sure where the issue is here. If you want to sell the car for our agreed price it will still be bought? Feel free to reach out. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I asked Moe to call me, he didn't. I called him, and he told me that he needed to talk to his boss about writing something with the disclosed issues to take place of the document that said it's perfect, but that his boss probably didn't even want to buy the car anymore. I have not heard back from him.
Just called Moe, he said he can resend docs with stipulation saying the car is not perfect and has the issues that were disclosed to us. No problem in doing that... If that's all we needed let's get this thing going!
Man, what a cluster on this one. Hope you guys work it out. A lot of car for the money in my opinion.
Spot on Peter. In this case, almost painful to see how the sausage is being made on this deal. Again, good luck to both parties.
