I have a 2003 360 spider with 3500 miles. The car had major service at 3 years. I would like some recommendations on what I should do now. Also any recommendations in St Louis for service. The Ferrari service center is no longer an official repair center.

Are you saying that it hasn't been serviced in 6 years?
I would find a competent place to R/R the following:
    Belts
    Oil & Filters
    Brake Fluid
    Transmission Fluid
    Coolant

    Go...

Got mine with the exact same mileage...3554, 2003 360 Spider. I got a full 30k package done by the sellers...Hill engineering parts etc. Also got the brake fluid changed ~ 8 months ago. You have to assume that no services were done since purchase...maybe an oil change.

Can that shop still do real work like belt changes etc or did all if the certified techs hit the road when the dispute with FNA arose? If they can do it maybe just use them, it is not like anything will be covered under warranty.

I would not drive the car with a belt job that old.

Plus check all hoses for perishing, and hose clips for tightness. Check all mounts for perishing. Check tires for build date, replace if over 4 years as if you drive it hard you could have issues. Change wiper blades.

I would also do a shake down drive after all work, say 120 miles of varied driving.

Yup, the car needs what many call a "major". Should include:

    Inspect everything
    All new fluids
    All new filters
All new belts and tensioner bearings
    New plugs
Check the compression while in there

That service should be around $4000.
