    It's out of warranty soon, if it isn't already. So you'll have the most outrageous maintenance costs of any SUV... If you can get it certified pre-owned through Porsche, then it sounds like a good deal.

    Porsche just revised the Cayennes this year - that might also be having some effect on resale for the first ones.

    Premium fuel is pushing $3.60/gal in CA, which probably doesn't help resale either.

    You should be able to get it for under $50K, Cayenne TT's are everywhere and they are very soft. Mannheim has them being sold in the mid $40's right now.

    And FWIW the Cayenne is not a maintenance intensive nor expensive unit either.

    If the car is not a turbo the price is high. I have seen them in the 30s.

    I have heard they are like any german car. Take good care of them, and problems will be rare, miss a single thing on a scheduled checkup and things start to add up quickly.

    Otherwise, some electrical gremlins, but most of those got sorted out in 03'.

    I think you can get that one under 50k though, however if its CPO it may be worth it.
