    bought my Gallardo 3 months back and the oil change was completed by the dealership. Does it matter what brand of oil I use to top off about 1 quart. I asm planning on using Mobil but I am not able to verify what brand the dealership used for the actual oil change. I dont want to change the entie oil in 3 months when only a top off of 1 quart is needed.
    The grade is 5W 40 which I will use bt dont know the brand used. Do I have to use what is stated in the book or Mobil 5W 40 be okay

    i think most dealers are using castrol syn 5/40

    I use Mobil..the AGIP is twice the price and it has not made any difference....
