144 months? ouch! thats 12 years.... imagine the interest paid after 12 years... you would have ended up paying close to 200k for a 135k car...

Most people do this type of financing...but most do not keep the car that long...

If you need a 144 month term loan in order to buy the car, then perhaps you shouldn't be buying the car...

Great advice..but it is a very common term...and keeps the payment down...rember these cars cost as much as a house, and the rates are just as low..and you can payoff, refinance, or sell the car anytime..much better then a lease!!!!

Is my math correct - using quick scratch

    total cost $196,000 - $25,000(down) = $171,000 of which $23,000+/- in interest over term of 144 months.

    nothing looks pretty this way.....lol

    yet, beautiful car no doubt.

  24. No, it's $147,888 - 25k = 122,888. 144 payments, 8.5% would be $1364.36 a month.
