Ask Rob, he wanted the poll based on Karma, and in that respect, for those who have at some point had a negative impact on the community. Its not exactly a popularity contest of who's the king of spam or the least valuable user, but who has had to most negative swag (sorry Darth, its such a great word). The poll results would be a bit different, otherwise.

Rob, FWIW, you cannot start a thread like this and the pick the good and bad out of it. It's all in good fun with no hate or malace intended. It's all in good fun. Laugh a little and relax, but I suspect one of the fun topic's on the old board with only a few members is about to die on the new board with 10,000 members because it is no longer just a "inside joke" if people are taking it as fact and hate.
I voted Lame-A-Rossa because he always gets at least 3 pages of bashing with every thread he starts. And he also gives people from Connecticut (Like DaveM, JAshburne, and myself) a black eye simply because he is also from CT. I would've liked to see BENAUSTIN (AKA AllenlamBONER) on the list so he could've gotten my vote. But it won't be happening. Oh well...
