2005 612 digital Dashboard cutting out

    I posted this on the 612 forum as well, yesterday I drove my 2005 612 with about 6700 miles for the first time in three weeks. I noticed that the digital screen on the left side of dash would shut down for a split second and then restart and go through the warnings etc. This seemed to happen in stop and go traffic but not at speed. Has this happened to someone who has already tracked this issue down? I was thinking it could be possibly a bad relay or potentially the alternator? It is almost as if the car is shutting down for a nano second and restarting. Many thx. Kemp

    Check all the basics. Like you said, the battery condition, alternator output etc. Once that is checked and corrected if need be, I would be pulling the display and checking for poor connections at the pins in the connector itself.
