I was thinking the same thing. I'm glad the package is on the car, because the tow package requires beefed up cooling for the transmission. But yes, I'd want the hitch removed, too, if possible, put back on when neeed.
My Cayenne Turbo should be arriving in Birmingham right about now. The Turbo S should be here tomorrow late afternoon.
yeah, nicer, easier to clean, larger, and giant upgraded calipers. Definitely one of the highlights of the change. Can't wait to take her for a spin tonight.
She's home!! Just order secondary cat bypass pipes from Bill Boat Performance Exhaust for $445 shipped. Amazing deal. They'll be fabricated this week. Might do mufflers next. Haven't even driven it yet. Had to get 800 miles of road grime off her. Probably needs a quart of 0x40, too. Gonna take her for a spin in 10 minutes !! hi there, been reading your turbo S quest journey with interest, and i can identify with many of your emotions. can you share recent insights on what it's been like for you in the turbo s, what you like/don't like, and also the reliability? p.s. i found a 2006 turbo S at a good price, and i'm currently drive a 2005 S600 Sport (w/ 14 months more warranty) thx. Patrick
I know this is an old thread but I'd like to hear your comments and experience 5 years later as I'm about to pull the trigger on an '06 Turbo S.
