    I lost my key and fob …. Ordered a replacement key code card. I’m getting directions as to what I need to do next? Can the Ferrari dealer order me a preprogrammed key and fob for this? Then I get key cut and Ferrari dealer or locksmith reprograms the two to mate or will the replacement fob and immobilizer work automatically? My local dealer told me I needed a new ECU too without even seeing the car? Help!?

    Are you sure you meant 430? 430 keys do not have a separate fob. To add a new key for a 430, order the new key, bring all existing keys to the dealer, and they will pair those keys to the car. Any previous keys not paired at that time will no longer work.

    Not sure your location, but I can tell you that in the US you will need to provide proof of ownership in order to get a new key.
