I'm just lost for words about this beast. Unfortunately, I have not really had time to let it rip, but, in due time. I've seen so many photos of the F430 that it tired me out, because they all looked common. But, having one in my garage enabled me to inspect and appreciate the lines, curves and the complete design of this beast. I am "in love" with this car, it absolutely needs nothing! The sound of the exhaust is "intoxicating", it sounds like how a Ferrari should sound like. I can go on and on, but, I'm sure you've heard it all. One word sums it all "WOW".

    Enjoy.

Some pictures are blurry so your hands must have been shaking from excitement!!!

Congrats. It's a beauty and a 6 speed to boot!

    Have fun.

Congratulations on your new F430. I'm still on the wait list with a possible '08 delivery for a 6-spd coupe also, so I'm totally jealous! I see from your profile that this is your first Ferrari. Did you order this car from a dealership and, if so, how long was your wait and did they deliver around the time promised? This will be my first Ferrari also so I'm wondering if the dealership promised you a car without a hassle even though they give priority to previous customers. If you got your Ferrari new, it's nice to hear someone got a new Ferrari without having done business with the dealership before. Gives me hope. Congrats again!

I guess you're right, some photos were blurry because of excitement, but never took great photos to begin with. And, not to make an excuse, but it was a borrowed digital camera.

I ordered and bought the car from Ferrari of San Antonio. There's this great salesman name Tony Jones, and he was "hassle free". I put a $10,000 deposit 3 1/2 years ago, and he said that he didn't know how long it would take and that I didn't have to have a previous Ferrari purchase to be on the waiting list. And, he said that I can put as many deposits for any future Ferrari; therefore, I added an extra $10k for a spider. And, he said that there's one more person to order a spider and I'm the next one on the list. I trusted him with the coupe and I definitely trust him on the spider, as well. That's one good thing about Ferrari of San Antonio, that everyone is given the same chance, whether you've purchase one before, or just a newbie. Good luck, and be patient because it will be all worth it!

Thanks Mark for your speedy reply. My dealership at Ferrari of Beverly Hills seems to be very upfront and sincere also but they also said they give preferential treatment to previous customers, which I can understand. I've been on the wait list for over 2 years so I guess if they deliver as promised my wait will be around 3 1/2 years also. Believe me I KNOW it's well worth it to be patient because the F430 is the only car on this planet that will make me totally satisfied. Luckily I want a 6-spd because my salesman says the wait list on the 6-spd coupes is a lot lot shorter than for the F1s. Enjoy your car in good health and thanks again for your reply. Calvin.

    Who cares about photography?

    The car is great.

    Keep shaking!

    575Mike,

I am thinking about a 997 to go with the 360.

What's your take on it? I know it's quite different from the F cars in terms of sound and feel, but just how different?

Your 430 is very nice with three pedals as well!

Greg, car is very FAST but uneventful fast, as opposed to a Ferrari where it always FEELS fast, even when it's not going fast.

Very, very nice collection of pictures.
I love the six speed manual picture. It seems to complete the interior.
