Anyone use a Quattroporte as an almost daily driver. I am looking at a Loaded QP which stickered for 118k brand new it has 3500 miles on it. Any isssues with buyin slightly used. Is there a way to check how much of the Clutch is left cause i dont want to be payin for a new one in 2-5k miles. Is the warranty transferable. Do you think the dealer will warranty the clutch for at least 10k miles if i cant pre inspect it. I am planning on driving it about 8k-10k miles a year is that alot for an exotic.
My 05 QP is a daily driver. In fact I have 42K miles on it. Tires are the biggest hassle; they wear fast; particuarly if you drive hard. Clutch was replaced at 29000 miles. Search other posts from me; I wrote a report at one year of ownership and other things about using this car as a daily driver. Bottom line: its a great car - I didn't intend to drive it so much but I just can't bring myself to drive any other of my cars. Its that cool!. Ken
