From what I've heard, the 335 will be out in, what, 6 months? The new coupe several months later and the M several months later.

I dont have a date but I believe from what I've heard that 18 months is probably not too far off the mark.

No possible way I'm making it that far. Guess I'm looking for that 05 M3.

Another question for my BMW friends...... If I buy a used 04 M3 with 4,000 miles private party, can I get the car CPO'd by a dealer???

You don't need too. Just have the current owner buy the original owner protection plan from his/her local BMW center and price it into your purchase of the car. (It's basically a customer-purchased CPO warranty extension of an extra 2 yrs/50k miles but it's only available to the original owner of the vehicle while he/she is still the registered owner AND before the expiration of the factory program). If you're going to do the warranty buy the free maintenance upgrade as well to match it, brakes, rotors and inspections are big $$$ on M-cars. Happy hunting...

No one knows for sure when the E90 M3 will be out, however I'd heard speculation of Spring-Summer 2007.
