If you don't own a Ferrari and would like to make a donation, please contact me. We may have a bigger support base and more donations than last year. Thanks for your help and support. Kelly
I am very interested (but unfortunately my Ferrari is stuck in the future... I suppose my S2000 wouldn't be welcome around all of the prestige)... Anything for a good charitable cause though. Please tell me more.
It's a Ferrari Club event, if you want to call it a club, but we have all kinds of cars show up. Even this skinny guy with a 350z that has a camera attached to his neck. Kinda of weird looking. Kelly
man, you have to remind me I still have that car, huh? and hey...now you know someone else who's wasting their dues ;-) Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have one of those badges too. It's about 4years old. And since they never sent us the money they owed us, we all quit. Notice how the Louisiana chapter was always more than the others, well we were going to put that extra money to good use for an event here in the state. only problem, was the fca collected it and we never got it. There is reasons for everything. I juts cannot see paying that amount of money for a magazine subscriptions. Now that we have all of this out of the way, and hopefully Frank is not longer board. can we get back to the goal of getting some kids some toys for Xmas. Kelly
I thought the FCA was a sponsor of the FFQC? You also get a lot of invites to events by being a FCA Member. Even with the extra charge for Louisiana it's less than $11.50 a month. And I am still bored.
The Prancing Horse mag is pretty nice most of the time. Not as nice as Cav. I wish that that LA was an active part of the FCA. Anything that would generate more activities around here would be good IMO. As for the money that is supposed to come to the area from the FCA- who would it go to?? Do we have any official group listing, meetings, or events?
Franco is still listed as President of the Louisiana Chapter I believe I assumed it went to the FFQC but in the last directory there are what 10 -15 members the Louisiana cut of the dues is what $300 total what are we gonna do with that buy dinner for one somewhere? Maybe if more local owners joined we would have some money for some events.
Chris, thanks for changing the subject. I sent you an e-mail, the but the e-mail address for you does not work anymore. Good to have you along. Chris can you IM me your new one. Kelly
Sorry to bring this back up but I am curious. I joined FCA earlier this year thinking that the local group was part of it and now I hear that they are not. What a bummer. The magazine from FCA is nice but I don't think it is worth what I paid. I would like to get more involved in the local club and maybe we can explore this relationship with FCA. As far as the Toy Run, I am looking forward to it. Kent
Many in the local group are part of it. I am a current member and will remain a member, my directory is back in Mandeville but there are several members from the local "group" that are members.
I'm FCA, Mississippi is in the South East Region. I never got a directory of members. Should you LA owners defect?
