I believe the "vip" is the associated leather bound volume detailing the build of your particular car? My 06 came with same
"UVIP" is "used vehicle information package". It's available through the Ministry of Ontario and provides details as to ownership history as well as liens that may be registered against vehicle etc. Very nice car, all the best with selling. Mike
