Did eBay change this policy few years back? Yes, right now it's: Bids made on eBay Motors vehicles are non-binding. In other words, a legal contract isn't created between the buyer and the seller, but the buyer should only bid with serious intent to complete the purchase. A non-binding bid is a bid that shows a buyer's interest in purchasing an item, but it doesn't create a formal contract between the buyer and the seller.
He is still here, and Rob Lay has an agreement he is not to be mentioned.....so.......don't. That's why the blue/red 355 thread is gone. He was lying about the Factory colors, it was not built blue/red. He recently bought a car from our Ads in NYC, and after delivery to the West Coast, guess what? Yep......... I met him via the telephone as he came tire kicking on my 308GTBs. They sold the day before, and he STILL went on and on and on......you know the type.
Or, the winner.. If he took an insurance check, he is lying about the unbranded title. If it's not a branded title, he is lying about the insurance part of the event. Pretty simple logic on these guys.... eBay does not really have any of the market safeguards folks think.....and sellers can have an auction listing ruined by some joker hitting BIN.
New Owner in St. Louis, MO. Ferrari 430 Spider Convertible 2 Door | eBay VIN# ZFFEW59A470152730 2007 Ferrari F430 Spider Titanium with Black Daytonas Scudiera Shields Carbon Ceramic Brakes Impeccable Service History 8,600 Miles No Paint Work Ever Not a Scratch on it Interior is impeccable, no dash shrinkage! This car was stored in my warehouse with the top down, and well...the roof leaked in the warehouse and my insurance company declared this car a total loss. I fought with the insurance company to keep the car. Car has a lien free title, but it should be noted that the car was declared a loss by my insurance company. I have pictures of the sprinkles that got in the car, as well as a myriad of emails explaining that the car was fine, however...they didn't know how to go about appraising the car or estimating it, and literally just wrote it off. I've gotten about 50 phone calls regarding this car. I retained the original title to this car, it is not insurance company's name. I wiped off the seats and turned the key and drove it home. I wanted to be very upfront and honest about the car, and not just sell the car for $139,000. The car does not smell, never smelled inside. Runs and drives perfectly ect. No offers under $95,000 will be considered, please dont ask. No financing available. clutch has 68% remaining and will PPI perfectly. Ph# 312-622-7533 Image Unavailable, Please Login
